QUESTIONS I WAS ASKED…

1. When did you start your blog?

I started this blog at the beginning of 2019.

2. How difficult was it for you to come up with your blog name?

Harder than I thought it would be! I brainstormed forever before I realized how much I look at my time as a gift. I’m always looking for ways to make the most of my time and to enjoy the time I have. So This Time Of Mine stuck!

3. What has been the most challenging step for you in your blogging journey?

Focusing on the most important things. I love to learn. But sometimes I can get so caught up in the learning that it’s overwhelming. So I’ve had to teach myself to focus on just 1-2 big tasks a day and let a lot of the learning come with time.

4. What do you like to do over weekends to relax?

Have unscheduled time with my family to do whatever we want!

5. Where is your favorite holiday destination?

Home! We’re such homebodies and love being home and doing all the cheesy traditions.

6. Which overseas country would you still like to visit?

Italy. Hands down. It’s been on my bucket list since I was a young teenager.

7. Who helps with the DIY around the house, or do you fly solo?

My husband and I make a pretty good duo. We nerd out over planning and designing and we work well together.

8. Who is your favorite blogger to follow?

One of my favorites is Jordan Page from Fun, Cheap or Free. I’ve followed her forever. That girl’s got energy! And I have to borrow hers (and her great ideas) often!

9. Favorite movie of all time?

Don’t laugh, but The Sandlot. I don’t know why. I just think it’s adorable and loved it when I was a kid. Now my kids love it too!

10. Coffee, Tea or Hot Chocolate?

Although I love a good cup of hot chocolate, there’s nothing like holding a mug of hot tea in the evening.

11. Who or what in your life are you most thankful for?

My family, hands down. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure it’s all real that I get to go through this life with a wonderful husband and 4 healthy, beautiful children.
